Standard Policy:
One of our standard policies is to call and confirm a rental at least one day before that rental. Rentals for both Saturday and Sunday will be called to confirm no later than Friday. I will also call the day of the rental to let you know I am coming out. This is a courtesy for you, our customer, please make sure someone is there at the time we deliver. We do have a very tight schedule and if you keep us waiting, then we keep the rest of our customers waiting as well.
Rain Out Policy:
We do try to keep a close eye on the weather. If we do see rain in the forecast, I will call you the day before to touch base with you and see what plans you may have. If you confirm, in spite of the rain, I will call again the day of the delivery before we load up the rental to confirm once more. If you still decide you want the rental, we will be on our way. If you decide to change your mind before I get to the location to set up, or you change your mind once I arrive, you are required to pay half of the rental fee. We also will not deliver if the forecast calls for at least 70% chance of rain. We just can not take the risk of anyone getting hurt. The weather in these conditions is not safe and I will not jeopardize anyone's safety. Now if the weather happens to clear up, (we all know the forecast in Texas...it may say it's supposed to rain and it ends up being a beautiful sunny day) we have no problem continuing with your delivery. Please call with any questions regarding our Rain Out Policy.
Delivery/Cancellation Policy:
If a deposit has been placed on your rental, we require 3 days notice for that cancellation. No deposit will be refunded if we get less than a 3 day notice.
We will call to confirm the day before the party to make sure you will still want the rental. We also call the day of the rental before we load up. If you do not answer and I have to leave a message, usually it is to let you know we are on our way. Once I arrive to your party site or place of residence and you change your mind, I charge $50 for the loading and delivery fee.
Please do not hesitate to call me if you change your mind and decide to cancel the rental. I am very understanding and know that things happen that are out of our control. If you need to cancel, just call and let me know, no questions asked.
We do reserve the right to refuse service to any one.
DEPOSITS:
Water Slide/Slip N Splash Deposits:
For all rentals which require deposits, those deposits will be given back at time specified by delivery person. The $50 deposit is required to hold the waterslide for the rental date. The deposit is also held until the Water Slide is picked up. Once slide has been fully inspected, we will give back the deposit at that time. If the Water Slide is let down before we arrive or once if it is let down just as soon as we arrive, your deposit is forfeited.
***Due to Hurricane Ike, we no longer have an office for you to come by...we are rebuilding. We will make arrangements to pick up your deposit or we can give you an address for you to mail in your deposit.
