Standard Policy:
One of our standard policies is to call and confirm a rental at least one day before that rental. I also call the day of the rental to let you know I am coming out. I do this as a courtesy to my customer.
Rain Out Policy:
We do keep a close eye on the weather. I will call you the day before delivery to confirm your rental. If you confirm, inspite of the rain, I will call again the day of the delivery before we load up the rental to confirm once more. If you still decide you want the rental, we will be on our way. If you decide to change your mind before I get to the location to set up, or you change your mind once I arrive, you are required to pay half of the rental fee. Please call with any questions regarding our Rain Out Policy.
Delivery/Cancellation Policy:
If a deposit has been placed on your rental, we require 3 days notice for that cancellation. No deposit will be refunded if we get less than a 3 day notice.
We will call to confirm the day before the party to make sure you will still want the rental. We also call the day of the rental before we load up. If you do not answer and I have to leave a message, usually it is to let you know we are on our way. Once I arrive to your party site or place of residence and you change your mind, I charge $50 for the loading and delivery fee.
Please do not hesitate to call me if you change your mind. I am very understanding and will try to work with everyone.
DEPOSITS:
Water Slide/Slip N Splash Deposits:
For all rentals which require deposits, those deposits will be given back at time specified by delivery person. The $50 deposit is required to hold the waterslide for the rental date. The deposit is also held until the Water Slide is picked up. Once slide has been fully inspected, we will give back the deposit at that time.
***Due to Hurricane Ike, we no longer have an office for you to come by...we are rebuilding. We will make arrangements to pick up your deposit or we can give you an address for you to mail in your deposit.
